What is whocanisue.com?

whocanisue.com is a brand, a website, an educational portal, a place to go online when you need answers to legal questions and/ or if you are in need of legal assistance.

Our site is filled with thousands of pages of relevant legal content including but not limited to; potential claims, legal news, verdicts, and FAQ's.

whocanisue.com is NOT a law firm. whocanisue is simply a free online platform for people to find the right attorney, for any legal claim.

 

How does whocanisue.com work?

Once you have read through our content that focuses on your potential claim and are ready to find an attorney, you will be guided through a questionnaire ranging from three to eight questions. Based on your responses and location, we will display five attorneys handling that legal topic in that location. Each Attorney banner will have up to three ways of contacting them directly; by phone, via email, or through their website.


 

Does whocanisue.com screen their network member attorneys?

Whocanisue.com screens all attorneys when they join the network to confirm that they are licensed to practice law by the bar association from their state.

 

What if I have a complaint about a whocanisue.com network member?

Please provide any comments about our network members to our customer service director. We will review the facts you report and discuss them with the network member. We will not tolerate abusive or unethical behavior by our network members.

 

How quickly can I speak with an attorney or firm?

whocanisue.com's system operates in real time. Many attorneys will respond as soon as possible, as your matter is very important to them. It's not uncommon for our attorneys to answer your call in the middle of the night.

 

Can whocanisue.com give me advice about my case?

whocanisue.com is NOT a law firm and cannot give you legal advice on your legal issue. You should seek legal advice only from professional attorneys, licensed in your state who have the experience and knowledge of the area of law that directly affects your situation.

 

Does Whocanisue.com charge me anything?

whocanisue.com provides its service free to our users. Once connected with an attorney that can help you with your legal matter, how you may potentially be charged will be discussed by you and that firm and/ or attorney. This fee is set between you and the lawyer. whocanisue does not participate in the negotiation process fees.

 

If I decide to hire a lawyer, how much is he or she going to charge?

Lawyers charge on an hourly or flat fee basis. In most class action lawsuits, a lawyer will work on a contingency basis, meaning you will not pay anything unless you win your case. You and the lawyer should discuss the fee structure that should be clearly outlined in a written engagement letter.

 

I have a case I would like to inquire about but do not see that area of law listed. How do I know if you have lawyers for that area of law?

If you use our service, you can select the Find An Attorney and you will be presented with a page for lawyer profiles who want to talk to you about your legal needs. If we do not have attorney banner's present please fill out the form on that page and we will work to find you an attorney in that area.
